By booking a tour or event at Dallas Dhu Distillery, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable and responsible experience for all our visitors.

Bookings & Cancellations

  • All tours and experiences should be booked in advance where possible.
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour, or failure to attend, will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Dallas Dhu Distillery reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to operational needs, safety issues or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Age Restrictions & Responsible Drinking

  • In accordance with UK law, alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 18.
  • Proof of age may be required before whisky tastings or purchases.
  • Guests under 18 are welcome on certain tours when accompanied by an adult but will not be permitted to sample alcohol.
  • We promote the responsible enjoyment of alcohol. Anyone found to be intoxicated may be refused entry or asked to leave the premises.

Health & Safety

  • Visitors must follow all safety instructions provided by Dallas Dhu staff during tours or events.
  • Certain areas of the distillery may be restricted for safety reasons.
  • Sensible footwear is recommended in production areas — no open-toed shoes or high heels.
  • Dallas Dhu Distillery reserves the right to alter tour routes or content for safety or maintenance reasons.

Personal Belongings & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
  • Dallas Dhu Distillery accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to personal property during your visit.
  • Participation in tours and activities is at your own risk.

Photography & Filming

  • Visitors are welcome to take photographs for personal use.
  • Commercial photography, filming or drone use is not permitted without prior written consent.
  • By participating in a tour, you consent to the use of photographs and video footage taken during your visit for marketing and promotional purposes.
