MURRAY McDAVID WHISKY
Murray McDavid is an award-winning independent bottler based at Coleburn Distillery in the heart of Speyside, specialising in ageing and finishing whisky in quality oak casks from around the world. Guided by the Art of Maturation, the range spans exceptional single malts, grains and blends, offering depth, balance and character across every style.

Alongside Dallas Dhu merchandise, the distillery shop also offers a curated selection of Aceo spirits from around the world. From London dry gin and Panamanian rum to Irish whiskey and Scotch whisky, each bottle is carefully chosen to reflect quality, character and craftsmanship.
NEW ERA
DALLAS DHU DISTILLERY EXCLUSIVE
New Era has been created to celebrate the revival of Dallas Dhu Distillery and the beginning of its next chapter. As the mash tun prepares to be filled once more and the dormant stills are readied for firing, this bottling captures the sense of renewal that surrounds this historic Victorian site.
Crafted by Aceo, New Era is a fine, complex and well-balanced blended Scotch whisky, designed to reflect both tradition and forward momentum. It is a tribute to the distillery’s past and a toast to what lies ahead.
On the nose, ripe pears and sultanas are complemented by gentle oak. The palate is smooth and creamy, with notes of white chocolate and honey, leading to a delicate finish with subtle vanilla.

NOW EXHIBITING AT DALLAS DHU DISTILLERY
Liz Greene is self-taught contemporary landscape painter based at WASPs Inverness Creative Academy. She works in oils, acrylics and mixed media. Her incredible paintings capture the mood of being immersed in a landscape with all the thoughts and feelings that provokes.
These artworks explore whisky distilleries from Highland, Speyside and Islay in their landscape and seasonal context. Unusual angles and abstracted formats move compositions beyond conventional depictions. Iconic distillery buildings are set within distinctive landscape patterns and textures.
